For the Miami Open, Lacoste created a multi-level hospitality experience that combined retail, customization, and premium hospitality across a flagship activation, pop-up boutique, and private suite overlooking center court. The experience blended brand storytelling with interactive customization, allowing guests to personalize merchandise through a curated embroidered patch program.
